Account information you provide when you sign in, such as your name and email address, so we can identify your account and let you back into your dashboard.

Event content you create, including the couple's names, dates, venue, schedule, and any notes you add to your event page.

Guest information you add, such as guest names, contact details, and the RSVP responses your guests submit through their invitation links.

We use your data for one purpose only: to run the service for you. That means showing your event page to the guests you invite, collecting RSVPs on your behalf, and giving you a dashboard to manage it all.

We do not use your data — or your guests' data — for marketing, profiling, advertising, or analytics resale. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not contact your guests for any purpose other than delivering the invitations you choose to send.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or commercial use.

The only services that ever touch your data are the infrastructure providers we use to operate Ray Weddings — for example, hosting and authentication. They process data strictly on our instructions to keep the service running, and never for their own purposes.

When you add guests or collect RSVPs, that information is held for you, the host. Your guests' details are visible only to you and are used only to manage your event. We do not market to your guests or pass their details to anyone else.

We keep your event and guest data for as long as your account is active so your event page and RSVP records stay available to you. If you would like your event removed or your data deleted, contact us and we will take care of it.
